🎥 Important Requirement
A proper unboxing video is mandatory for any damaged or wrong product claim.
Without proper video proof, the return/refund request may be rejected.
🔍 Verification Process
Our team will analyze the submitted proof.
If the claim is approved:

Our delivery partner will collect the parcel

Refund will be processed within 3–4 working days after successful pickup and verification
Refund amount will be credited to the customer’s original payment method or bank account.
🚫 Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted if:

Minor color/design variations occur due to lighting or screen differences
❌ Cancellation Policy

🚚 COD Order Policy
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
If a customer refuses to accept the order after shipping, then return shipping charges may be applicable and must be paid by the customer before placing future orders.
